Event Permits

Your event, your way.

The AMCA allows clubs and promoters of off-road events an improved and simplified process for affiliation, permit processes and race rules.

As part of the permit process, we allow clubs and promoters to submit their preferred rules to the AMCA for review & approval, so long as the rules fall within our risk management framework and event schedules, your event will be approved, normally within 48hrs.
(Championships & race series will be required to operate to a standard set of rules to ensure consistency.)

Who is APRA, and why is APRA important?

APRA oversees and regulates financial services in Australia. Insurance included, providers who are approved by APRA are of the highest standard and can be held accountable. This helps to ensure proper compliance and provides confidence to the end user that they are protected by the standards and regulations in place.
Additionally, APRA-approved insurance is required in order to secure motor sport race permits in NSW under the NSW Office of Sport.
